Overview
The 2018 EU League Championship Series is the sixth season of Europe's fully professional League of Legends league. In the playoffs, six teams compete in a single-elimination bracket for prize money and Championship Points.
Format
- Single elimination bracket, with a 3rd place match
- All matches are Best of 5
- 1st seed of the Spring Season receives a bye into the semifinals
- 2nd and 3rd seeds of the Spring Season play in the quarterfinals
- Patch Info: v8.5,
Kai'Sa disabled. - Higher seed of one group faces lower seed of the other group in the quarterfinals and semifinals
- In the event both teams from a single group win their Quarterfinals, the #1 and #2 teams from that group can not meet in the Semifinals
- Winner qualifies for the 2018 Mid-Season Invitational
