The SK Telecom LTE-A LoL Masters is a special event organized by OnGameNet, previous name was OGN Club Masters. Live streaming every Thursday 18:30 KST and Sunday 14:00 KST; Final will be in June.

Overview

The English stream is cast by Christopher "MonteCristo" Mykles and William "Chobra" Cho. The Korean stream is cast by Moon "Kingdom" Young-hoon and the former professional Korean players Bok "Reapered" Han-gyu and Jeong "NoFe" No-chul.

Format

  • League format:
    • 7 Teams Full Table Round Robin (Total 21 matches. If teams are tied, play-off matches will be played)
    • 2 Allstar matches
    • Top 4 teams advance to a playoff
    • Playoff Semifinal: Best of 3, Home & Away 2 times
    • Final: Best of 5
  • Match format:
    • Each team can register maximum 7 players. Teams need to submit their entries for 5 players one week before a match
    • Total of 3 games are played in one match. Even in the event of a 2:0, the third game is still played.
    • 1st Game: A Team (Ex: SKT T1 K) / 2nd Game: B team (Ex: SKT T1 S) / 3rd Game: Masters team (Ex: SKT T1 Allstar) (Free entry in a roster)
  • How rankings are determined:
    • Teams earn points depending on their match score.
    • 3:0 = +3 Points, 2:1 = +1 Point, 1:2 = -1 Point, 0:3 = -3 Points
    • Teams are ranked according to the sum of their points across all matches.
  • Playoff format:
    • First two rounds each consist of two best of 3s, with the teams switching matchups. (Ex: Sword vs Blaze, Shield vs Frost, Masters match; then Sword vs Frost, Shield vs Blaze, Masters match)
    • Tiebreaker, if necessary, is a Masters match
    • Finals is a single best of 5
