"Gimgoon" (Real Name: Kim Han-saem (김한샘)) is a Korean League of Legends player, currently a Top Laner for FunPlus Phoenix.

Career History

Gimgoon started as a top laner for Xenics Storm in October. The team debuted at PANDORA.TV Champions Winter 2013-2014, which surprised many after they qualified for the playoffs. However, the team failed to go further than the quarterfinals as they lost against NaJin White Shield (3-1). Shortly after the season ended, the team disbanded and Gimgoon moved to Samsung Galaxy Blue as a substitute top laner, but he was not given time to play until he left the team in June. KT Rolster Bullets was his next stop and although he was a substitute player still, he was given the chance to play couple of games HOT6iX Champions Summer. Two weeks after the end of the season, he parted ways with KTB.

After playing in Korea, Gimgoon went to China and joined Energy Pacemaker.All. They participated in Demacia Cup Spring but lost very early on to Team WE (3-2). EPA also competed in LSPL Spring but ended at last place in their group, thus failing to make it to the playoffs. Gimgoon and team had to play in the summer relegation to requalify for LSPL Summer, which they were able to do after a victory over Stand Point Gaming (2-0). EPA competed in Demacia Cup Summer but lost to Team King (3-2) in the first round. When EPA took the first place in the LSPL, the team was automatically promoted for LPL 2016 Spring.
