"Frozen" (Real Name: Kim Tae-il) is a Korean League of Legends player, current Mid Laner for Bahçeşehi̇r SuperMassi̇ve.

Biography

Frozen was born in Gyonggi, South Korea and now lives in Namyangju. He was in 4th grade when he started playing video games and started playing League of Legends in August of 2012. His dream to play professionally began when he laned against Rapidstar in ranked play.

Career History

Frozen was with Alienware Arena in October 2013 to May 2014 before he joined Incredible Miracle 2. He played with IM2 in HOT6iX Champions Summer 2014 where they finished 9th-16th after failing to make it out of the group stage. When both IM1 and 2 merged and became Incredible Miracle, Frozen also became the starting Mid Laner for the team. In 2015 Spring Split the team ended at 7th place in the group stage and failed to make it to the playoffs. They dropped down to the Promotion Tournament and fortunately requalify, securing their spot for the following split.

In Summer Split, the team still failed to make it to the playoffs as they finished at 9th place, having to go through the Promotion Tournament again. After the 2015 Season, Incredible Miracle became Longzhu Gaming and Frozen became part of the team's 10-man roster, sharing the Mid Lane with CoCo. However, the team's 10-man roster was unable to achieve the success they were hoping for. In 2016 Spring, the team finished at 7th place and failed to make it to the playoffs. Come Summer Split, the team ended the round robin stage at 8th place and 9th-14th in 2016 LoL KeSPA Cup. They, however, placed 3rd-4th at IEM XI Oakland.

For the 2017 Season, Frozen chose to look for other opportunities outside Korea and LCK. He was then signed by a newly-formed Turkish team, 1907 Fenerbahce, to compete in 2017 TCL Winter Split, alongside Thaldrin, Reach, Elysion and un1tback.
