"CuVee" (Real Name: Lee Seong-jin (이성진)) is a Korean League of Legends player, current Top Laner for Gen.G.

Career History

CuVee joined Samsung Galaxy back in 2014 together with BlisS, Fury, Wraith and Eve. He debuted with the team in Spring where they finished 8th in the regular split. Although the team did not make it to the playoffs, they managed to secure themselves a spot to the Summer Split. In Summer, CuVee and team landed at 7th place, still unable to reach the playoffs but qualified for the 2016 Season.

2016

CuVee continued to be the starting Top Laner for Samsung in LCK Spring. They finished 6th in regular split but in Summer, the team managed to make it to 4th place. They proceeded to the playoffs but lost to KT Rolster in the 2nd round of the gauntlet. But since the team has earned enough Championship Points over Spring and Summer, they made it to the Regional Finals where they beat Afreeca Freecs in 2nd round and KT Rolster in the Finals, thus qualifying for the World Championship.

At Worlds, CuVee and team made it to the knockout stage after coming out as #1 seed from their group. They ended their Worlds run at 2nd place, beating Cloud9 in the Quarterfinals and H2k-Gaming in the Semifinals, but losing to SK Telecom T1 in the Finals. He also finished 5th-8th in the 2016 LoL KeSPA Cup alongside his team, and 1st in IEM 11 Gyeonggi, which qualified them for IEM 11 World Championship.

For LCK 2017 Spring, CuVee will continue to play with Samsung together with his teammates from the 2016 Season, with the addition of Haru.
