Biography

One of South Korea's most seasoned veterans, Arrow has been playing since 2013. While his first team was Xenics Storm, his longest tenure was while part of the KT Rolster organization. Throughout his time on KT, Arrow has reached two finals and even won the HOT6iX Champions Summer 2014 event with KT defeating Samsung Blue 3-2 in very surprising fashion, being the heavy underdogs in the match. Arrow would also attend the 2015 World Championship where KT finished 1st in their group but lost to KOO Tigers in the Quarterfinals.

A popular player that is known for his unique haircuts and his bad luck on Draven one of his favorite champions, Arrow eventually took his colorful personality and talents to North America, joining Phoenix1 for the 2017 season. P1 encountered a lot of problems and couldn't pull through as a team, however they did perform well at the 2017 Rift Rivals event, surprising lots of fans. When they weren't accepted in the newly franchised NA LCS, Arrow joined OpTic Gaming for 2018.

Career History

Arrow started as an AD Carry for Xenics Storm in 2013. After PANDORA.TV Champions Winter 2013-2014, he left Storm to join KT Rolster Bullets. In HOT6iX Champions Spring 2014, KT finished 5-8th after losing to NaJin White Shield (2-3) in the quarterfinals. In HOT6iX Champions Summer 2014, Arrow and KT finished first after beating Samsung Galaxy Blue (3-2) in the Finals. This brought them to the 2014 Season Korea Regional Finals where they lost to NaJin White Shield and not make it to Worlds.

2015

When LoL Champions Korea restructured, KT Rolster Bullets and KT Rolster Arrows were merged. Arrow became the starting AD Carry for the KT Rolster. The team finished 5th in Spring and 2nd Summer, losing to SK Telecom T1 (0-3) in the Finals. Despite that, they were still able to earn enough Circuit Points to make it to the Regional Qualifiers where they beat Jin Air Green Wings in a 3-1 victory, paving their way to the 2015 World Championship.

This is Arrow's first Worlds appearance, however, his journey was cut short. They were grouped with EU LCS' Origen, NA LCS' Team SoloMid and LPL's LGD Gaming and made it out as first seed with a 5-1 finish in the group stage. Unfortunately, they were seeded against fellow Korean team KOO Tigers and were sent home at 5th-8th place after losing the series (1-3).

2016

In 2016 LCK Spring, the team finished the split at 3rd place when they lost in the 2nd round of the gauntlet to SK Telecom T1. They finished a notch higher in 2016 LCK Summer, finishing 2nd after losing against ROX Tigers in the Finals. They had their chance to qualify for Worlds but lost to Samsung Galaxy in the 2016 LCK Regional Qualifiers. Arrow's last tournament with KT Rolster was the 2016 KeSPA Cup. They had a bye after finishing 2nd in Summer, but lost to Kongdoo Monster (1-2) in the Round of 8.

On November 24th, Arrow and Hachani announced their departure from the team. While Hachani's destination is Europe, Arrow is bound to North America to play under the banner of Phoenix1 for the 2017 Season of the North American LCS.
