Most would say that death isn't funny. It isn't, unless you're Shaco - then it's hysterical. He is Valoran's first fully functioning homicidal comic; he jests until someone dies, and then he laughs. The figure that has come to be known as the Demon Jester is an enigma. No one fully agrees from whence he came, and Shaco never offers any details on his own. A popular belief is that Shaco is not of Runeterra - that he is a thing summoned from a dark and twisted world. Still others believe that he is the demonic manifestation of humanity's dark urges and therefore cannot be reasoned with. The most plausible belief is that Shaco is an assassin for hire, left to his own lunatic devices until his services are needed. Shaco certainly has proven himself to be a cunning individual, evading authorities at every turn who might seek him for questioning for some horrendous, law-breaking atrocity. While such scuttlebutt might reassure the native inhabitants of Valoran, it seems unimaginable that such a malfeasant figure is allowed to remain at large.
Whatever the truth of his history might be, Shaco has joined the League of Legends for reasons only he knows. He is a terrifying figure, typically shunned by both his fellow champions and the media at large. Only the summoners in the Institute of War know why such a creature was allowed into the League, but most Runeterrans suspect it to be a means that allows the power that be to keep an eye on the ever-elusive Shaco. Unsurprisingly, this champion is popular in places where madness can openly reign, such as among the power-hungry summoners of Zaun and Noxus.
Whatever you do, don't tell him you missed the punch line.

The figure that has come to be known as the Demon Jester is an enigma. No one still alive knows whence he came. There are rumors, but one must not speak of them too loudly lest Shaco come to jest. It seems unimaginable that such a threatening figure would be allowed to remain at large. There are those that believe he is an assassin for hire, left to roam until he is needed. Others believe that Shaco is simply too clever, evading authorities at every turn. Still others believe that he is the demonic manifestation of humanity's dark urges, and therefore cannot be stopped.

(Innate) Upon attacking a unit from behind, Shaco critically strikes them. Shaco can’t backstab the same unit for a short duration.
Cooldown: 3 seconds per target
Backstab Crit Damage: 120 - 145% (at levels 1-18)
Backstab Crit Against Monsters: 200%
(Active) Shaco instantly blinks to a target nearby location and enters stealth. His next auto-attack in the next 6 seconds will critically strike with modified critical damage (normal critical strikes are 200% damage), dealing physical damage and ending his stealth.
(Active) Shaco creates a Jack in the Box at the target location with 0-400 health. It will stealth after 2 seconds and trigger when an enemy comes near, fearing nearby enemies briefly and attacking them. It deals magic damage, and lasts 60 seconds stealthed or 5 seconds while firing. Casting Jack In The Box breaks stealth.
Cooldown: 16 seconds
Trigger Range: 60
Sight Range: 700 (estimate)
Jack In The Box attack speed: 1.6 Jack In The Box armor: 50 Jack In The Box magic resist: 100
Total Magic Damage: 280 / 400 / 520 / 640 / 760 (estimated) (+1.6 per ability power)
(Passive) While Two-Shiv Poison is ready to cast, Shaco's basic attacks apply Two-Shiv Poison for 2 seconds, reducing Movement Speed by 10% and also reducing Attack Speed by 20% if the target is a minion or monster.
(Active) Deal magic damage to target enemy and applies Two-Shiv Poison for 3 seconds.
Cooldown: 8 seconds
Slow: 20 / 22.5 / 25 / 27.5 / 30%
Cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 mana
Magic Damage: 5 / 35 / 65 / 95 / 125 (+85% of Attack Damage) (+90 of Ability Power) [+3-8% of Health]
(Active) Shaco stealths for half a second and creates a clone of himself next to him that will last for up 18 seconds. The clone deals 75% of Shaco's damage and receives 50% extra damage. This clone deals 35% damage to towers and inhibitors. At the end of its duration or when dying the clone will explode dealing magic damage to nearby enemies.
Hallucination gets some nice improvements, and E slows monster attack speed rather than causing them to miss.
This might look like the longest set of changes Shaco's gotten in a million years, but the actual gist of this is we're cleaning up a mechanic that doesn't make much sense (E making monsters miss, but only sometimes?) and making Hallucination more tricky, in line with our other clone changes this patch. Shaco might not see an insane boost in effectiveness, but to the 3 shaco masters out there - we salute you.
E - Two-Shiv Poison

R - Hallucinate

NEW LOOK FOR THE ONE WITH THE KNIVES : Hallucination now randomizes its facing on spawn (rather than always facing the same direction)

"With this last bundle of champions, the "Mass" part of our Texture Rebalancing has been completed. That doesn't mean we'll never update a texture again - we'll continue to do so as opportunities arise - but this is the end of seeing these as a major patch note item. Thank you everyone for your continued feedback!"
"For those interested in final numbers, these ten installments have rebalanced around 311 skins across 62 champions over 7 months (we started back in patch 4.17)!"
