3 Oppa Kappa Style changes name to Asylum during the groupstage.
4 FenomenGod and Kielich Śliwczaka decided to drop out of the competition.[2]
5 GF-Gaming acquired the roster of Asylum during the groupstage.
6 GF-Gaming acquired the roster of H2k-Gaming before the playoffs while the previous roster leaves.
7 Roster left the GF-Gaming organization and became Kiedyś Miałem Team.
8 Pulse Esports acquired the roster of Heroes Team.
9 Roster left the ALSEN Team organization and became Miguel Basilio.
10 MeetYourMakers gave up their playoffs spot so it was given to Miguel Basilio.[3]
11 Team-Authentic acquires the roster of Purchawki before the playoffs.
